2. It is believed that she visits her devotees on the day of Diwali and showers them with wealth and happiness. People clean their houses on this day and draw a rangoli at the doorstep to welcome goddess Lakshami.
3. A priest is called to do the puja at home or office or shop with Vedic standards. Timing(muhurta) for the Puja is fixed by the priest.
