How to reach Gaya for Pind Daan?
Gaya can be reached by air or by train. The nearest airport is Bodh Gaya International Airport, and the railway station is Gaya Junction. Both the airport and railway station in Gaya have a vast network of connectivity from the Majority of tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities. Cabs are also available from the railway station and the airport to take the visitors to their respective hotels or the Dharma Shala. It is recommended to book your stay near the railway station if visitors are coming by train, as the Vishnupad temple is closest to the railway station at a distance of 3-4 km. If visitors are arriving by plane, staying in Bodh Gaya is recommended. The Vishnupad Temple is approximately 10 km from Bodh Gaya, and visitors can easily book a cab or shared taxi to reach the temple.
