Tripindi Shradh Pooja In Varanasi
1. Tripindi, as the name suggests, involves three kalash,
namely Vishnu Kalash, Brahma Kalash and Mahesh Kalash. Vishnu Puja and Abhishekam are done.
2. Brahma Sukta, Rudra Sukta and Purush Sukta is chanted. Pindas are offered to the ancestors.
3. After the Pooja of the Pindas, they are immersed in the holy water. Mainly, three or five Pandits are required for the whole process.
4. Best time to perform Tri Pindi Shraddh is Amavasya Tithi, Panchami Tithi, Ashtami Tithi, during the Pitrupaksh time, Mahalaya Amavasya, etc.
