Narayan Bali pooja procedure in Gaya
1. Pandit Booking:Book a Pandit online from various service providers or locally upon arrival in Gaya. Booking online is recommended, as it will make your overall experience in Gaya hassle-free. Online Pooja and Pandit providers will provide the best pandit along with all the pooja materials. They can also arrange your stay in Gaya upon request.
2.Fasting and Mundan: It is recommended to keep a fast on the Pooja day till the end of Pooja. It is mandatory for those who will perform the rituals on behalf of the family. Mundan is optional according to family traditions and customs.
3.Pooja Day: The day starts with holy bathing at the Phalgu river, and Pooja begins at Vishnupad Temple. The basic Pooja steps are Tarpan, Abhishek, Panch Kalash Pujan - Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Pret, and Yam, along with chanting of respective suktams.
