Narayan Bali Pooja can be performed on:
1. Auspicious Tithis: Amavasya, Panchami and Ashtami Tithis are considered favourable for performing this pooja, as the ancestors' presence is more potent on these days.
2. Post-death Rituals: This Pooja can also be performed as a post-death ritual on the 10th, 11th, 13th, or 15th day, etc., in accordance with family customs and traditions.
3. On the First Death Anniversary: It can also be performed on the first anniversary of death.
4. Sacred Cities: If it is performed in the sacred cities of India, such as Haridwar, Gaya, Varanasi, Allahabad, Gokarna, Ujjain, Nashik, Trayambakeshwar, Rameshwaram, etc., there is no need to check the dates, as it is highly potent to perform this pooja on any day.
